Question regarding Oly-cleans

Hello Experts,
I have this question regarding Power cleans and Squat Cleans.

How/when does an athlete choose between the two? Is it based on the programming
or is it a judgemental call?

Anyone interested in a pair of Adipowers (size 11)?

I have a pair of all red adipowers that have been very lightly used. I'm thinking about buying a pair of the Leistungs but don't want to unless I sell these.

Anyone see Dave Castro's Instagram? 2017 Games in Jacksonville, FL? Personally, I love it, being that I'm from Jax and only live a couple hours away. If the athletes thought southern Cal was hot, though, just wait until they get to Florida in July!

Did I miss the boat with Pendlay???

Okay, so maybe this is old news, but apparently Muscle Driver/Pendlay went BANKRUPT!?!?

I guess I haven't been on their website since the beginning of the year, and just today I find out that all of their products are no longer available.

All of my bumper plates and 2 of my 4 barbells are Pendlay brand. I guess I never considered, when buying the barbells, that a "lifetime warranty" is only as good as the company that provides that warranty.

Sorry, just had to vent. Kinda upset right now... :mad:

I have lost the 10 second countdown when starting at 0.00 on our muscle driver clock. I have tried unplugging it for awhile and nothing. I have Googled it and nothing. Any help is appreciated
