I will spare you the details. I am looking at a space that has an oak wood floor with a crawl space under. Roughly 3000sqf of it. Does anyone have experience outfitting a place under these conditions? Would screwing 3/4 inch ply down then putting rubber mat on top keep us from punching through the wooden planks?
