I am a Counselling Psychologist supervised by the University of Central Lancashire. I am researching body image in people who participate in CrossFit. For this project I have developed an anonymous online survey to collect responses from adult CrossFit participants at any level of experience – beginner to elite. The survey should take about 30 minutes to complete and participation is voluntary. This survey has been approved by the UClan Research Ethics Committee STEMH (Science, Technology, Engineering, Medicine and Health).
