Switching from a power rack to a squat stand. Need advice on what one

Hey guys

I currently have a rogue r3 but I am unable to get all 8 anchors in the floor due to rebar in the cement of my garage. I do have 6 out of 8 so it isn't totally a death trap. Anyways I want some thing that can be moved. I'm looking at the rogue squat racks and decide between the sml-3 and the sm-3. Need some input here.
