Hi everyone. We are a relatively new affiliate on Long Island (6 months) and have a few experience Crossfitters that have joined as members - and looking to get their Level 1 certification in the very near term.
How do most affiliates deal with intern situations? Are they paid? Compensated with free membership yet required to shadow a certain number of hours etc etc.
Any experiences you can share would be helpful.
