I placed an order for a set of rings with Ring Traing on 1/8/16. I got an email confirmation of the order but no delivery estimate. I sent an email two days ago for an update but have yet to hear anything.
Does anyone have any recent experience with this company? I am located in the continental US.
I ordered with them because a set I previously ordered back in 2007 is still working well, yet I'm a little concerned about the lack of communication.
